GRIT Leader Mentorship Training Program
At The GRIT Foundation, we believe that every student, especially those on the autism spectrum, deserves the chance to grow, thrive, and pursue their potential. The GRIT Leader Mentorship Training Program is designed to equip high school and college volunteers with the skills and confidence needed to mentor students with autism, guiding them through academic and social challenges while celebrating their unique strengths.
What Is the GRIT Leader Mentorship Training Program?
The GRIT Leader Mentorship Training Program is a 6 session comprehensive training experience for volunteers who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students with autism. Our program focuses on building leadership, communication, and advocacy skills that empower mentors to provide effective, compassionate support.
As a GRIT Leader, you’ll not only help students navigate their educational and social lives, but you’ll also grow personally by developing leadership qualities that will benefit you in your own academic and career journey.
